Service Agreement
- Mobile RV repair, diagnostics, maintenance, and upgrade services
- Service availability subject to scheduling and location (100-mile radius of San Antonio)
- All work performed by qualified technicians with appropriate tools and equipment
- Services provided at customer-specified locations with adequate access
- Emergency services available with priority scheduling (additional fees may apply)
Pricing & Payment
- Written estimates provided before work begins (free for scheduled appointments)
- Final invoices reflect actual time, materials, and parts used
- Labor rates starting at $150/hour, specialized services may have different rates
- Payment due upon completion unless otherwise arranged
- Accepted payments: Cash, check, credit/debit card, and approved financing
Scheduling & Cancellation
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 1 hour of service
- No-shows will be charged a minimum service fee
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge
- Route bookings require 2-week advance notice and may have different terms
Warranties & Guarantees
- 90-day warranty on labor for all services performed
- Parts warranties as provided by manufacturers
- Warranty void if work is altered by customer or third parties
- Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of discovery
- Pre-existing conditions and normal wear excluded from warranty coverage
Liability & Disclaimers
- Not liable for damages due to pre-existing conditions or normal wear
- Not responsible for personal property left in RV during service
- Liability limited to the cost of services provided
- Not responsible for delays due to parts availability or weather
- Customer assumes risk for emergency roadside services
General Terms
- These terms governed by the laws of Texas, USA
- Disputes resolved through arbitration in Bexar County, Texas
- Terms may be updated with notice on our website
- Invalid provisions will not affect remaining terms
- Entire agreement supersedes all prior agreements
